§ 46-2. Composition; terms of office.

The Planning Commission shall be comprised of seven members who shall be appointed for terms of office of four years, or until a successor is appointed and qualified, except that the terms of the members first appointed pursuant to this chapter shall be so fixed that no more than two shall be reappointed or replaced during any future calendar year.
